适用范围
Personal Health Sync 是仅供所有者本人使用的自托管工具。本政策说明应用如何访问、使用、存储和披露通过 Google API 获得的数据。
访问的数据
经所有者明确授权，应用只读访问 Google Health 中的活动与健身数据、健康指标与测量结果数据及睡眠数据。应用不通过 Google Health API 写入、修改或删除来源数据。
使用目的
数据仅用于向所有者提供健康趋势、活动与恢复分析、饮食与训练决策支持，以及数据备份与迁移功能。
存储与安全
Google Health 数据存储在所有者控制的本地设备中。OAuth 凭据保存在操作系统原生钥匙串。服务采用访问控制，并保留来源和修订记录以支持审计。
披露与第三方处理
应用不出售健康数据，不将数据用于广告。所有者主动通过已授权的 ChatGPT 连接发起查询时，完成该请求所需的数据可能传输给 ChatGPT/OpenAI，并受其适用隐私政策和账号设置约束。除此之外，应用不会主动向第三方共享 Google 用户数据，法律要求除外。
保留、删除与撤销
数据由所有者自行保留和删除。所有者可以在 Google 账号的第三方连接设置中撤销授权；撤销后应用停止获取新数据。撤销授权不会自动删除已经保存在本地的历史数据，本地数据由所有者自行删除。
Google API Limited Use
Personal Health Sync 对从 Google API 获得的信息的使用和传输遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。

Personal Health Sync is a single-user, self-hosted tool. With the owner's consent, it reads Google Health activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, and sleep data. Data is stored on owner-controlled devices and is not sold or used for advertising. When the owner initiates a query through an authorized ChatGPT connection, only data needed to answer that request may be transmitted to ChatGPT/OpenAI and handled under its applicable privacy terms and account settings. Authorization can be revoked from the owner's Google Account at any time.
